Qualifikationen

• Technical School or Associate Degree in surgical tech.
• 0–2 years OR tech experience.
• BCLS certification required or preferred.

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical cases with sterile technique.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments accurately.
• Maintain instrument counts and infection control practices.
• Sterilize, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist in patient positioning, draping, and transfers.
• Maintain physician preference cards and supply readiness.
• Restock supplies and ensure ORs are ready between cases.
• Abide by policies and maintain attendance.
