Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a Store Manager on Duty / crew leadership in Union Gap, WA. As part of the store leadership team, you will oversee daily operations, mentor associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

You’ll manage receiving and stocking, drive sales, control expenses, and partner with leadership on merchandising and procedures while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This is an hourly, on-site role starting at $18.13 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Maintains store cleanliness and stock room.
