Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures duties are performed well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
