Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures high standards of customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
