Five Below is seeking a Support Lead for a part-time role in Albertville, AL. The person will supervise crew, train on best customer service practices, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. Duties include opening/closing, cash security, stock management, and ongoing associate development.

The role supports merchandising, drives store sales, and collaborates with the leadership team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with at least one year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BETS customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening/closing duties: securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery operations.
• Performs store maintenance tasks like cleaning, stocking, and organization.
