Job summary

Five Below in Georgia is seeking a Support Lead to partner with the Store Manager on duty, oversee front end operations, and drive sales while delivering WOW customer service. You will coach associates, maintain cleanliness, handle cash procedures, and support payroll and merchandising.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and assist in payroll & merchandising.
