Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer with personal service at checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
