Job summary

BNI is seeking a part-time Support Director Consultant to report to the Area Director, focusing on US CORE chapter and member success. This role drives chapter growth, member retention, and referral partner access across multiple chapters while attending regional events to foster loyalty and value.

Expect proactive relationship building and strategic growth initiatives. The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and performance reporting to support core leadership and regional plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Superb time management and planning skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote membership through prospecting, recruitment, and member retention in each chapter.
• Develop and implement a strategy to ensure members renew their membership on a recurring basis.
• Promote chapter growth through operational support, outreach, training, marketing, coaching, and development.
• Responsible for sales growth of BNI events and sponsorships.
• Visit and engage with chapters at regional events to encourage growth and loyalty.
