Job summary

University of Delaware is seeking Part Time Assistant Live-In Coordinators for the College Readiness Scholars Institute (CRSI) Program on Center Campus in Newark, DE. The role supports a residential community for a two-and-a-half-week program, reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Pre-College Programs.

The position is temporary and seasonal, requiring flexibility, weekend chaperoning, and strict adherence to policies protecting minors. Start June 15, 2027; ends July 3, 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 2-3 years of experience working with minors in camps, after-school programs, youth organizations, K-12 schools, residential programs, or pre-college summer programs.
• Experience in residential life, live-in student staff leadership, or community management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residential area during designated duty shifts.
• Assist Program Director with residence hall prep, check-in/check-out, and addressing student concerns and issues.
