Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student enrolled through Fall 2027.
• GPA >= 2.5.
• Experience with first-generation and/or income-limited student populations.
• Willingness to live in the residence hall for the program and support community building.

Responsabilités

• Escort students to meals, classes, and sessions; monitor classes and assist instructors.
• Provide academic and interpersonal support; complete related reports and attend staff meetings.
• Assist in residence hall programming and security, including curfew and overnight monitoring.
• Engage with UD staff and scholars to model inclusive community values and teamwork.
