Job summary

Right At School invites energetic part-time Educators for the 2026/2027 school year to support after-school programs across Auburn District partner schools. The role emphasizes creating engaging, educational activities while maintaining safety and a joyful learning environment for children under 13.

Qualifications include 6+ months experience with children, two years of college or an AA, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: plan curriculum and activities, lead daily fitness and education-based activities.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and model positive guidance.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor environment, document attendance and incidents, follow safety protocols.
• Communication: interact with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
