Qualifications

• Experience with children under 13 in group settings.
• Two years of higher education (or AA) or pass a district assessment.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College credits in early childhood education, child development, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Live Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, and health certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress with the team.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead by example to maintain a safe, nurturing classroom.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents as needed.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
