Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator to lead formation, review bid packages, and ensure adherence to project requirements for an API manufacturing facility. You will oversee progress, forecasting, and collaboration across Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams.

The role demands strong negotiation, contract management, and risk mitigation skills with a bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of subcontract formation and administration, including commercial terms and conditions, contract compliance, change management, claims, backcharges, and risk identification.
• Demonstrated experience with contract negotiations and commercial evaluation, including bid packages, bid evaluations, subcontract awards, and management of contractual changes.
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractor performance, cost, schedule, and contractual obligations, including coordination with project controls and technical representatives.

Responsibilities

• Subcontract Management: Implements the assignment schedule and standard work procedures for subcontract management; monitors progress and flags issues.
• Subcontract Formation: Directs negotiation, drafts subcontracts and services agreements, and coordinates bidder questions and bid submissions.
