Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator for the Fab 62 project in Chandler, AZ. You will lead bid packages, develop contracts, and manage procurement processes to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities include negotiating with bidders, administering EPC subcontracts, tracking progress, and coordinating with Construction, Engineering and Support Services teams to mitigate risks and maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service acquisition and procurement regulations, policies and practices.
• Experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations and accounting.
• Broad knowledge of subcontract administration and project procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop multiple contracts and/or services agreements; manage bids and award processes.
• Lead formation duties: RFPs, clarifications, bid summaries and document preparation.
• Administer subcontracts; monitor progress and forecast risks to management.
• Prepare change orders and amendments; negotiate with subcontractors and customers.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering and Support Services teams on contractual matters.
• Represent the company in moderately complex contractual discussions.
