Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, operate a register, and lift or climb as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience selling with digital tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer personalized styling recommendations.
• Build client relationships and grow business through outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while supporting team objectives.
• Support and coach Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, and help identify talent.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
