Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to deliver personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales goals and team success. You will blend customer service, fashion knowledge, and store operations to maintain high standards, assist in fitting rooms, and educate customers on products and services.

This role requires flexible day/evening/weekend availability and a friendly, proactive approach to help drive brand presence in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Retail experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate a register and stand/walk for long periods.
Flexible day/evening/weekend availability; occasional overnight shifts or travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening/closing tasks.
Educate customers about products, programs, and available services, and share product feedback with management.
Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive and positive team environment.
