Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar high-volume/high-profile environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a cash register and stand/walk for extended periods; lift or climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, styling guidance, and fitting room assistance.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training, share product feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold company policies and values.
