Qualifications

• Experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, stand/walk for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling recommendations with product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through clienteling, outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets, supporting team plans.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to training initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, support store operations, and foster a positive team environment.
• Build relationships using CRM tools and participate in community outreach.
