Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Ambassador to create exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service and deep product knowledge. You will drive individual and team sales, build lasting client relationships, and uphold the store’s standards and initiatives.

You will engage in wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling, while maintaining visual standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital sales tools experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs while supporting team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to customer needs.
• Help coach Brand Ambassadors and support team training and talent sourcing.
• Maintain visual standards, balance store tasks, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
