Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to drive memberships and retail in the Montclair studio. You will greet guests, perform tours, and deliver exceptional member service in a high-energy environment.

The role emphasizes achieving sales KPIs, handling inquiries, and supporting referrals while maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere and accurate member onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience with strong sales prowess.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Functional computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evening, holiday, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales indicators for memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Deliver friendly, sales-driven service to all members and guests.
• Onboard new members and process membership forms.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment and assist tours.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support referrals.
