Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness in Los Angeles is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will be the face of the studio, delivering top-notch service, driving memberships, and supporting retail sales in a fast-paced fitness environment.

As part of the Orange Team culture, you’ll greet guests, process transactions, and help new members get started with onboarding. Flexible hours include days, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with quota-bearing environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; capable of data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members to ensure a friendly studio experience.
• Drive membership sales and renewals while maintaining service standards.
• Process credit card transactions accurately and securely.
• Conduct studio tours and onboarding for new members.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
