Job summary

Arizona State University’s ASU Outreach Hub is seeking a methodical Student Project Coordinator to help manage day-to-day tasks and ensure projects stay on time and on budget. You will support the team in coordinating timelines, folders, materials, and invoicing, reporting to the Assistant Project Manager.

The role offers about 20 hours per week, with additional availability during the school year, and a hybrid work setup with opportunities for hands-on learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a current ASU student with willingness to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience with project timelines and invoicing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project timelines in Wrike as directed by the Assistant Project Manager.
• Create and maintain job folders on the server or OneDrive.
• Assist in routing and approval of materials.
• Attend and take notes at project start meetings when necessary.
• Update job status in Wrike and ensure final files are uploaded.
• Assist in handling invoicing for internal colleagues and follow up as necessary.
• Develop and document processes and manage project closeout.
• Track projects through reporting or other processes.
• Deliver print projects to designated colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
