Job summary

Central Church is seeking a highly organized administrator for the Student Central team (middle and high school). The role supports leaders, coordinates events, and processes volunteers as part of a dynamic ministry that seeks to share Jesus with teens.

This is a 25-hour per week position under the Student Ministries Pastor, requiring attendance at Wednesday night programming from September through April and involvement in key ministry events. A servant’s heart and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help with first-time family connections (email, letters, phone calls).
• Coordinate ministry event details (purchasing items, setup, volunteers).
• Process volunteer information and background checks.
• Maintain ministry email as a filter for communications.
• Attend student team meetings and full staff meetings as required.
• Coordinate Student Central programming with Operations Team.
• Coordinate with Communications Team to keep website and social content up to date.
• Hold regular office hours that align with ministry staff.
• Learn to use Planning Center Online for information management.
• Competent use of Google applications and Excel spreadsheets.
