Qualifications

• For candidates pursuing engineering studies, including Mechanical, Industrial, or Welding Engineering.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university.
• Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be able to commute to the Dubuque, IA work location daily.
• Work 16-20 hours/week during the academic year and 35-40 hours/week in summer.

Responsibilities

• Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations.
• Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope.

Education

Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Welding Engineering; others may apply
