Eligible candidates will contribute to customer satisfaction while learning and growing within a fast-paced environment. Shifts run on a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday availability; orientation requires a four-hour block in the first week.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in accounting, finance, IT, math or other business field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows environment and MS Office Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and/or make outbound calls.
• Perform clerical/office duties and data entry.
• Organize work and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Follow detailed procedures and communicate clearly.
