Job summary

The Jackson National Life Insurance Company operates two Michigan locations in East Lansing and Lansing and is seeking a Strategic Support Associate (SSA) for a flexible, part-time schedule. You will perform essential office and business support tasks, contributing to customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

The role offers an hourly rate of $14.00 and requires availability from 6:30am to 7pm, Monday through Friday, plus 6:30am to 1pm on Saturdays, with 18–29 hours per week and

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in accounting, finance, IT, math or other business-related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows environment and MS Office applications required.
• Perform clerical/office duties, including data entry skills.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute.
