The Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana Rushville store is seeking a part-time Store Team Leader to support the Store Leader and management team. You will manage staff, handle customer service, and help execute the annual operating plan at the Rushville location.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly employees, assisting with recruiting, daily operations, and monitoring sales and donations in line with Goodwill's mission and values.
