Job summary

Five Below in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) to guide crew, ensure top-notch customer service, and maintain efficient store operations. You will train staff, assist with receiving and stock placement, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma (College experience preferred) and at least 1 year of management experience. Strong communication, multitasking and composure under pressure are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manages opening or closing the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
