Job summary

Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our retail team in New Jersey. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in operational excellence, coaching associates, and driving customer engagement to achieve sales goals.

You will help manage stock flow, merchandising, and loss prevention while fostering an inclusive team environment. Prior leadership in a fast-paced store is preferred, with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Comfortable with inventory tasks, merchandising, and loss prevention basics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to drive productivity and customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain merchandising standards.
