Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisory leader to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Based in our South Carolina location, you will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store's success in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and building diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety standards.
