Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Promote community engagement and uphold store policies and safety standards.
