Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks required by retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activity.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and payroll records.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions
• Protect store assets including cash and conduct loss prevention
