Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive manner and address questions.
• Organize, transfer merchandise, and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and loss prevention.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and record-keeping.
• Support in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Train and develop store associates; ensure safety and policies.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Create a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
