Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team in a busy store in Joplin, MO. You will support the Store Management team, lead staff when managers are offsite, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, delivering great customer service, merchandising, stock, and ensuring confidentiality. Flexible scheduling, including mornings, overnights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor on site and ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
