Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store operations and support the Store Management team. You will oversee opening/closing, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, supervising tasks, and maintaining product freshness and presentation in a fast-paced CVS/pharmacy environment. Flexible scheduling including some early mornings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills; flexible schedule required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
