The Salvation Army seeks a Part-Time Family Store Assistant Manager in Michigan to support daily store operations, supervisor duties, and customer service goals. You will assist with training, banking of receipts, and monthly manager meetings while helping to develop customer retention and safeguard employees and property.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years in retail sales; a valid chauffeur's license and Safe From Harm training are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist in supervising clerks to ensure compliance with directives and guidelines.
• Assist with training for new personnel.
• Assist with ensuring cash receipts are banked at end of business day and reported to appropriate personnel.
