Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and exceptional customer service. You will help drive performance while ensuring operations run smoothly during shifts.

When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not onsite, you lead the store staff, complete opening and closing procedures, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays to create a welcoming shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
