Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to backstop the Store Management team and drive daily store execution at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and support a strong customer service culture in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, merchandising, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining product presentation while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise staff by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS experience.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
