Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer service. You will step in when management is not present to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

You will supervise the crew, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and manage merchandise presentations. This part-time role offers benefits and emphasizes safety, quality, and community care.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
