Job summary

The Hillman Group in Laurinburg, NC is seeking a hands-on Field Service Retail Associate to travel between store locations, execute planograms, and maintain compelling in-store displays. You’ll stock, order, and organize products to keep inventory levels optimized, and perform display resets including fixtures assembly.

You will build strong relationships with store staff, complete service reports, surveys and photo documentation, and manage a flexible schedule with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays.
