Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on merchandiser to travel between store locations in your territory and maintain in-store displays. You’ll stock and order products, perform display resets, and resolve issues while building strong relationships with store staff.

A reliable driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Offers a car allowance, gas card, flexible schedule, cell phone allowance, full health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement plan with stock

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred).
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
