Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a part-time sales floor leader to drive customer-focused service and sales on assigned shifts in our Florida store. You will motivate Specialists, set daily objectives, and coach team members to achieve store goals while maintaining brand standards and a safe, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities include leading daily huddles, analyzing performance metrics to boost conversions, and supporting BOPIS and space customization sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales or related experience – some management a plus.
• Commitment to role model and lead a successful sales environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience with selling and leading a sales floor.
• Part-time, hourly position; able to work 20–25 hours/week with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set clear daily performance objectives, plan and lead daily huddle with the team.
• Drive sales and conversion by analyzing the business during shifts and focusing on KPIs.
• Meet or exceed expectations for individual selling behaviors and company KPIs.
• Participate in team training, coaching, and development.
• Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts and ensure brand standards are met.
• Support BOPIS activity and daily space sales goals.
