Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy store team. When managers are not onsite, you lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures while building customer loyalty through service excellence.

This part-time role averages 29 hours weekly with a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour. Benefits include dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, and access to voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up of activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/help customers.
• Handle customer relations per policy and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following Plan-ogram guides.
