Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead staff when managers are away and supervise opening and closing procedures.

This role offers around 20 hours per week with a base hourly pay range of $18.94 to $27.94, reflecting experience and geography. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and a compassionate health experience for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: supervise store crews, work with store management, and communicate effectively between management and crews.
• Customer Service: assist customers, promote CVS customer service culture, handle customer relations per policy, protect patient confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory, reset departments per POGs.
