Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store management, oversee daily operations and drive customer service excellence. This part-time role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth opening/closing, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer care.

You will coach colleagues, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive shopping experience in a CVS/pharmacy environment. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical abilities are required.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise store crews and coordinate with store management.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer inquiries and complaints.
