Job summary

CVS Health in Highlands, NJ is seeking a part-time Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence, and lead the store when no manager is onsite.

This role requires flexible scheduling, effective communication with management and crews, and the ability to supervise and coach colleagues while ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; handle customer relations per policy.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, displays, and inventories of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Provide coaching feedback to colleagues (e.g., myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback).
