Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and nurture customer loyalty through excellent service.

In this role, you will supervise staff in absence of a manager, handle opening/closing procedures, merchandise, and daily operations while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and coordinate activities in absence of manager.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, manage displays and inventory for weekly promotions and seasonal needs.
