• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed properly.
• Complete pulls and markdowns.
• Monitor layaway procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Answer store lines and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Lead onboarding and interviewing activities.
• Complete inventory reviews including year-end inventory.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Maintain neat, organized work area.
• Understand and apply Buckle's policies and procedures.
