Job summary

CVS Health in Burlingame, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and staff, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, coordinate merchandise presentation, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality and providing coaching.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively between store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Coach colleagues with customer service feedback and adhere to confidentiality policies.
• Assist in merchandising tasks including pricing, stocking shelves, displays and weekly promos.
