Job summary

CVS Health in California is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a part-time role, supporting the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution, performance, and customer loyalty.

When a manager is not onsite, you will lead the store and supervise staff, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures. A high school diploma is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when manager is not onsite, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through directing and following up on all activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers, resolve issues per policy and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays; manage off-shelf items.
